1-lb. suki yaki meat

3 teaspoons sugar

½ cup Kikkoman shoyu sauce

1 cup dried onions, peeled, cut in half and sliced

1 cup celery, cut diagonally

½ cup green pepper, sliced


Heat skillet, add suet from meat. Fry meat, add sugar. Then put in dried onions, celery, and green pepper. Add shoyu and accent. Serves 5.


Optional—bean sprouts, vermicelli.
